By using SafeNeighborhoods you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
SafeNeighborhoods is operated by David A. Little, Inc., a Florida corporation (“we”, “us”).
Everything on this site is general information. It is not legal, real-estate, lending, financial or other professional advice, and it is not a prediction of risk to any person. Check anything important for yourself before you act on it.
Grades and reports are built from crime incidents reported to police and published as open data, plus US Census population counts. Crimes that are never reported are not in the data, police publish on their own schedule, and locations are approximate. A grade compares an area only with others in the same city. See how the grades work.
This site grades places, never people. You must not use it to make decisions about tenants, home buyers, borrowers or employees, or in any way that breaks the Fair Housing Act or similar laws.
You may use the site for your own lawful purposes. Do not copy it in bulk, scrape it, try to break it, or use it to send spam.
The text, design, grades and reports on this site belong to us or are used with permission. The underlying public data belongs to the agencies that publish it. Brand names belong to their owners.
Some links are affiliate links and may earn us a commission. Links to other websites are for your convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for them.
Prices and what you get are shown on the page where you buy. Payment is handled by Stripe. After you pay we email you a private link to your report. It is for your own use, so please do not publish or resell it. If there is a problem with an order, contact us first and we will try to fix it.
The site is provided “as is”. We try to keep it accurate and working, but we do not promise that it is complete, current or always available.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss from using the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any dispute goes to the courts of the State of Florida.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
